Albergue Luz del Camino - Comentarios

Nice and quiet in the Xmas period, we could use the washing machine (included in the price), when you arrive early you can dry on the nice terrace upstairs. Simple breakfast included, good kitchen and warm blankets, needed as there is no heating, so cold when it is cold outside. Had a nice tea at Hostal Frances to get warm in the evening.

Sorry, but I can't recommend this albergue. I specifically asked whether it was an albergue providing accommodation to only pilgrims and the owner lied to my face, stating that they only accept pilgrims. They, in fact, also rent out beds to workers. Peter, the hospitalero, is helpful, but he also stretched the truth when he said that the albergue was one of the cheapest on the Via de la Plata. It isn't. You pay 14 Euro, which includes a breakfast of instant coffee and bread and jam - if it hasn't all been eaten by the time you leave. The beds are in a poor condition. The benefit in warmer months would be that you would possibly be able to sleep on the (flat) roof.

Nous avons dormi le 20 septembre 2023, bon accueil, albergue propre.

Tiene algunas pequeñas deficiencias, pero en general bien

2nd Albergue un lujo de Persona (Pilar) encantadora ,amable, Sencilla, me ayudo mucho enseñandome el apartment, me orientation hacia el pueblo la ( iglesia la misa ) vaya un Lujaso para todos los que estamos haciendo este camino en mi caso esta frio x que escoji Dec pero es relindo todo y de hay salio mi compi ( from Taiwan) so empezamos ...y seguimos..hasta Santiago palabras cortas para tanto en tan poco dias Bendiciones Siempre ( volvere ) Buen Camino a todos

Todo perfecto, me he quedado dos veces y de maravilla:)
