My stepson (who is 33) and I walked the Camino from St. Jean last September.  You will find a lot of your country mates.  On our walk everyone agreed that until Sarria, where you start seeing a lot more Spaniards, the three places where the most pilgrims came from were Canada, California & Australia.  I spent two great days walking with a group of friends that were Australian.  Unfortunately they were only going to Logrono which was too bad as they were a lot of fun.  Have a great time! Buen Camino!
