We were here yesterday and I wanted to write a review because we loved this albergue so much and felt so welcomed. The albergue is located on the Plaza Reloj and is such a lovely building with three balconies that overlook the orange-tree-lined square. The couple who run it are lovely and so helpful and knowledgeable. Was good value for money and very clean. There's a room with 4 single beds, an adjoining room with 3 sets of bunkbeds, a well-stocked kitchen, and a bathroom with 2 showers and a place where you can wash your clothes. I'm amazing it is only 12 Euros! There are also clean blankets and the sheets are proper ones made of cotton. I definitely recommend staying here because you get to be in a beautiful building in a beautiful square with caring owners who make sure everything is clean. Daniela and Luis recommended we eat at Casa Concha because we didn't feel like cooking ourselves and wow it was good. Almaden de la plata is a gorgeous village and everyone we spoke to was just so nice. The best albergue so far! Thank you Daniela and Luis!! You guys rock!!

Hospitalera muy amable, el chico bastante molesto por todo. Habitaciones limpias pero sin división entre cocina y camas, por lo que molestas y te molestan.

Situado en el centro del pueblo, buena acogida y los propietarios muy atentos. Nos duchamos con agua fría y la cocina algo descuidada. Por lo demás bien

The price raised to 13 EUR pro night. The owner is a cool and chill guy as well as helpful. He speaks fluent Spanish and English. The place feels more like a big shared apartment. It has a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, two plates to cook and a big table to eat. There is a sink in the bathroom to wash the clothes and several lines. Beds are comfortable with fresh linen and a pillow. They have a high ceiling, so you can sit without hitting your head. A minus would be that you can’t lock the bathroom door and that both showers are in the same room. So it’s necessary to undress behind the shower curtain. Another point is that there is no socket close to the beds. Owner provided a multiple socket in the room centre. The kitchen is an american style, so no wall between the sleeping room and the early pilgrims preparing there breakfast in the morning.

Petite structure agréable avec de bons lits. La première pièce est passagère. Comme dit par ailleurs, le coin toilettes WC est trop convivial....

Nice Hosts, a free drink as warm welcome, Information where not to have dinner( in no place), thick sheet and pillow case, strong Wi-Fi but not the cleanest one (kitchen), no fan or air condition, lots of noise from the street(perhaps it was Friday) ,minimized warm water. Summary: for 10€ just barely ( my opinion) Heiko August 2022
