SKPilgrim We were two couples walking the VF who wanted to break up the long stage to San Miniato. The Ostello is clean and we had a large room to ourselves (four beds). Wifi was not strong in the room. There were some longer stay guests who had taken over a lot of the common spaces and we did not feel comfortable using these areas. A mixed experience for us but it is the only place to stay in town. |

RiChiE No it is not exclusively for pilgrims. I was sharing with four tradesmen, they were in separate rooms, however they were still up quite late and noisy. Sound travels very loudly from inside as well as the outside traffic and bar. The whole hostel smelt of cigarette smoke. The man who checked me in was friendly and the ostello was very clean. Great wifi. The closest supermarket is a 2.3km walk. Pizza shop around the corner and bar next door. |

Nora Sullivan As Altopascio had no albergue for pelegrinos, I went the extra kms, and was not disappointed. Lovely stay, good bar and pizzeria run by father and son. The albergue is unique, built on the bridge, with grand views of the river below one's feet. |

Berto_kairos Si te gusta dormir en edificios históricos entonces no te pierdas este, un lujo. Edificio construido por los Medici en el siglo XVI. Está encima de un puente. De hecho en el suelo han puesto unos cristales para que puedas ver el río. Cocina de uso comunitario. |
