Do not stay here! I am walking 93 days from Canterbury, I am a pilgrim. I reserved a single room for €35/night, it was confirmed then 4 days later they emailed to say sorry they didn’t have any bed for me. Then 3 days later suddenly they had a cancellation and offered me a SINGOLA (1 person in room with in room WC). When I arrived the older Sister at registration was akready angry demanding credential & documents. I tried to exchange brief pilgrim talk with her and she got worse, then she said €35 and I asked “it’s a singular no” she said no there were no single rooms but I could go to a hotel if I wanted. I was pleasant from the start speaking in my broken Italian but wow horrible attitude for a religious person. After a bit of very unpleasant back and forth I went to my room which had 1 single bed and a bunk bed. She put another young Walker with me (I already bunked with her last night so no problem) but we both paid €35 (vs €20 in shared room). So the information here is inaccurate. Also you will not be able to use your own internet /data as the building walls prevent all signals. Another guest I met said “yeah she’s just an angry person”. Just stay somewhere else as this is not pilgrim friendly.
